Toby Francis is an experienced Creative Lead with a strong background in the retail industry, currently serving as Co-Founder at New Frank Studio and Senior Design Manager at Nine. They previously founded and directed To Be Frank Creative, creating impactful brand identity designs and digital marketing strategies. Toby's design expertise extends to roles at Endeavour Group and Dan Murphy's, where they led creative teams and projects. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Design (Visual Communications) from the University of Western Sydney. Toby took a rewarding career break for parental leave in 2024 to help raise their two children.
