Ashley R. is a highly experienced Learning and Development leader currently serving as the Learning and Development Lead at Ninety since September 2023, where Ashley is constructing a new L&D function from the ground up for a remote SaaS company. Prior roles include Senior Product Education Manager at Panorama Education, where responsibilities included designing instructional videos and managing a knowledge base, and Learning and Development Specialist at Gravy, noted for pioneering the L&D program and implementing numerous learning modules. Ashley also has extensive experience in instructional design and professional development from previous positions at Georgia Virtual School and Eastside High School, complemented by awards for innovative teaching and excellence in education.
