Deirdre Cooper serves as the Head of Sustainable Equity at Ninety One since September 2018 and holds advisory board positions at the Imperial College Centre for Climate Finance and Girls Who Invest. With significant experience at Ecofin as a Partner from 2007 to 2018, Deirdre also contributed to the Shell Foundation as an Advisory Board Member in 2017. Prior to these roles, Deirdre was Vice President at Morgan Stanley from 1997 to 2007, where significant contributions included founding the European clean tech group and working in M&A and Tech M&A in both London and Menlo Park. Academically, Deirdre earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BAFS in Actuarial and Financial Studies from University College Dublin.
