Eric Fu

Eric Fu is an experienced professional in the financial services industry, currently serving as the Managing Director and Country Head for Greater China at Ninety One since October 2018. Prior to this role, Eric held the position of Chief Executive Officer at HSBC Broking Services Asia Ltd from March 2014 to October 2018 and served as Managing Director at BNY Mellon Investment Management (APAC) Holdings from January 2013 to March 2014. Earlier career highlights include leadership roles at HSBC in Hong Kong, where Eric was the Head of Wealth Development and Regional Business Manager for Wealth Management in Asia Pacific, as well as Deputy CEO and Chief Marketing Officer at China Southern Fund Management Ltd. Eric’s extensive background also includes positions at Fidelity International, where responsibilities encompassed leading both institutional and retail business sectors in Hong Kong and China. Eric earned a Master of Business Administration from Ivey Business School at Western University between 2005 and 2007.
