Kai Chang

Kai Chang has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Kai is currently the Head of Trading Hong Kong at Ninety One, where they have been since 2019. Prior to this role, they worked as a Trader at the same company from 2019 to 2023. Before joining Ninety One, Kai worked at First State Investments from 2013 to 2018 as a Portfolio Dealer, focusing on Asia Fixed Income. Kai also had a role at Colonial First State Global Asset Management from 2011 to 2013 as a Portfolio Analyst for Global Fixed Income and Credit. Kai began their career at KPMG Australia in 2010 as a Consultant in Corporate Tax, where they worked until the end of the year.

Kai Chang attended the University of Sydney from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree. During the same period, from 2005 to 2007, they also earned a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a specialization in Finance. In August 2017, Kai obtained the CFA certification from the CFA Institute.
