Matthew Burchell serves as the Head of Legal for Africa and South Africa at Ninety One since March 2010. Prior to this role, Matthew practiced as an Associate at Norton Rose LLP from January 2007 to August 2009 and as a Candidate Attorney and Associate at Webber Wentzel Bowens from January 2004 to December 2006. Matthew holds an LLB degree from the University of Cape Town, obtained from 2001 to 2003, and a B.Com degree in Economics and Law from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, completed from 1998 to 2000.
