Simon Howie

Simon Howie has extensive experience in the finance and architecture sectors, currently serving as Chair of the Credit Committee and Co-Head of SA & Africa Fixed Income at Ninety One since 2005. Previously, Simon led debt origination efforts at Investec Bank from 1998 to 2005, focusing on securitisation. Earlier in his career, Simon worked as an architect at FGG Architects from 1996 to 1997. Simon holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute and an MBA from Nyenrode Business University, along with a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
