Tom Nelson

Tom Nelson is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an Associate at Oxford Net Zero since September 2024. With a long tenure at Ninety One beginning in September 2012, Tom held various leadership roles, including Head and Co-Head of Thematic Equity, as well as Head of Natural Resources, specializing in global portfolio management for the Natural Resources and Energy funds. Prior to Ninety One, Tom worked at Guinness Global Investors from April 2005 to July 2012 as a Portfolio Manager and Analyst. Tom holds a Corporate Finance degree from London Business School (2009-2010) and a Master of Arts in Modern Languages (French and German) from the University of Oxford (1998-2002).
