Eskar Adams is an experienced professional with a history of success in the fields of social work and rehabilitation. In 2004, they founded The Transitional House in Guyana, where they served as the founder and owner. Theirrole included providing living accommodation in a semi-protective and supportive environment for clients newly discharged from treatment and rehabilitation centers. Prior to this, Adams worked at Social Vocational Services, Inc. from 1986, where they served as a SWAP Supervisor.

Eskar Adams attended Middlesex Collage from 1982 to 1986, studying Child Psychology and Business Management.
