Marcus Lim

Marcus Lim is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis. Currently serving as the Regional FP&A Manager at Ninja Van since April 2016, Marcus leads key initiatives including the implementation of the budget system Workday Adaptive Planning, enhancing budgeting processes and stakeholder collaboration across South East Asia. Previously, as a Regional FP&A Associate, responsibilities included management reporting, budgeting, and conducting financial analyses to support strategic decision-making. Earlier roles include Junior Finance Manager at Ninja Van, where monthly financial closings and accounting ERP transitions were managed, and Audit Associate at Jee Ah Chian & Company. Marcus holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Marketing from the University of Melbourne and completed the International Baccalaureate at Anglo-Chinese School (Independent).
