Deva's work experience includes serving as a Team Lead for Last Mile operations at Ninjacart, where they were responsible for managing the delivery network, on-time delivery, logistics, and labor costs. A also led a team of executives and laborers at 10 Micro Distribution centers. Prior to this role, they worked as a Business Trainee at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited.

A Deva obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from Jansons School of Business from 2016 to 2018.
