Simon Humphrey

Simon Humphrey is currently the Product Manager at NinjaOne. Humphrey has a long and successful history in IT, starting out as an IT Helpdesk Manager at Ciber. Simon then moved on to IT Authorities where they became a Project Engineer. Their skills and abilities impressed their employers so much that they were quickly promoted to Project Manager at Zymphony Technology Solutions, where they again excelled.

Humphrey's most recent position before coming to NinjaOne was at the David A. Straz, Jr. Center for the Performing Arts, where they served as the System Administrator. While there, they developed change management and disaster recovery plans, oversaw the migration from Exchange 2003 to Office 365, and implemented a virtual desktop infrastructure.

Humphrey is a highly skilled IT professional with a proven track record of success. Simon is a strategic thinker who is able to see the big picture and develop plans to achieve objectives. Simon is also an excellent communicator and team leader who is able to motivate others to achieve results.

Simon Humphrey has a certification in computer engineering from Learey University, and a certification in computer electronics from Leto High School. Simon also has a certification from CompTIA in CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, and CompTIA Security+. Additionally, they have a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) certification from Microsoft, and a VMware Technical Sales Professional certification from VMware.
