Aaron M. has a diverse work experience in the field of cybersecurity. In 2020, they began working at NINJIO Cybersecurity Awareness Training as a Threat Intelligence Service Manager, where they were responsible for delegating tasks to various department resources, collaborating with the NINJIO leadership team to boost operational efficiency, and setting clients and colleagues up for success with direct training. In the same year, they were promoted to Threat Intelligence Program Manager, where they worked closely with developers to create, test, and manage threat intelligence products, co-created the NINJIO knowledge base, and created the Continual Improvement Registry and product whitelisting documentation. Aaron was then promoted to Threat Intelligence Administrator, where they were responsible for phishing email and landing page configuration, co-developing a new learning management system, and resolving support tickets through ConnectWise. In 2017, they began working at the Los Angeles Unified School District as a Cybersecurity Regional Coach, where they taught high school students advanced cybersecurity concepts through lectures and labs, utilized and configured Linux/Windows security policies, and troubleshot issues during competitions, CTFs, and other fast paced environments. In 2014, they began working as a Freelance Consultant at American Lending & Realty INC., where they provided technical support for tenants and staff at a moment's notice, configured and set up new devices, and curated diagnostic and financial reports.

Aaron M. has a Bachelor of Science in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from California State University, Northridge, which they obtained in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Information Technology from Pierce College in 2017. Aaron also has several certifications, including IT Essentials from Cisco (obtained in August 2019), MTA: Security Fundamentals from Microsoft (obtained in June 2019), MTA: Windows Operating System Fundamentals from Microsoft (obtained in June 2018), and MTA: Database Fundamentals from Microsoft (status unknown).
