Daniel Sharp

Daniel Sharp has been working in the brewing industry since 2009. Starting as a Brewer at Oregon Trail Brewing Company, Daniel later became a Graduate Research Assistant at Oregon State University. Sharp eventually made their way up the career ladder at Ninkasi Brewing, where Daniel currently holds the positions of Chief Product Officer, Director of Brewing Operations, and Director of Brewing Process Development. Daniel holds a Bachelor's degree in Spanish from the University of Oregon and both a Master's and Ph.D. in Food Science and Technology with a focus on Brewing Science from Oregon State University. Daniel's passion for beer and dedication to making the world a better place through their work is evident in their career path.
