Josiah Purtlebaugh

Josiah Purtlebaugh is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in infrastructure design and site reliability engineering. Since July 2011, Josiah has served as a Technical Lead and Site Reliability Engineer at Nintendo Co, Ltd., where responsibilities include designing scalable cloud infrastructure and developing grpc-based microservices in Go for millions of active users. Previously, Josiah worked as a System Engineer, focusing on J2EE application infrastructure and global team collaboration. Prior to Nintendo, Josiah held positions at The Cobalt Group as an Applications Engineer and Operations Technician, managing various web technologies and deploying applications in Oracle Linux environments. Josiah also has education in Japanese Language and Literature from Bellevue College.
