Kees Luyendijk is a seasoned designer with extensive experience in the gaming industry. Currently serving as Designer III at Nintendo since February 2019, Kees has previously worked as a Game Designer at Stilaan Studios LLC, where an independent project, Mr. Tulip Head's Puzzle Garden, garnered two runner-up awards. Academic experience includes a role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Indiana University, where Kees contributed to curriculum development and enhanced communication between students and faculty. Additional experience includes creating systems diagrams for the book Advanced Game Design and developing detailed micro-game design documents as an Associate Game Designer at Kidaptive, Inc. Kees holds a Master's degree in Media, Games and Interactive Media Design from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Product Design from Virginia Tech.
