Kim Westergaard is an experienced professional in technical services and after sales support, currently serving as the Director of Technical Services at Nintendo since September 2011. Responsibilities include strategic planning, recovery and repair operations, and team development, with a focus on global alignment and collaboration with partners. Previously, Kim held roles at Bang & Olufsen, including Regional Director of After Sales Service for the Americas and Western Europe, where management of repair and installation networks, as well as call center operations, were key duties.
