Lindsay Smith

Lindsay Smith, CMP, DES, is an accomplished event planner with extensive experience in the meetings and events industry. Currently serving as an Event Planner at Nintendo since June 2020, Lindsay previously held the position of Director of Member Engagement at Meeting Professionals International from November 2017 to June 2020, where responsibilities included member retention, volunteer coordination, and award and scholarship program management. Prior roles include Senior Event Manager and Meeting & Event Manager at SHW, where Lindsay excelled in comprehensive event strategy and execution. Earlier career experiences include positions at ADP, ESPN, and prominent law firms, showcasing strong organizational, communication, and project management skills. Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The University of British Columbia.
