Jessica Olson has diverse work experience in the field of talent development, total rewards, and HR project management. Jessica currently works at Nintex as the Director of Talent Development and Growth, where they are responsible for the development and growth of employees. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager of Talent Development at Nintex and as a Global Total Rewards Lead at both Nintex and K2. Jessica also has experience as an independent contractor, supporting HR processes and projects. Previously, they worked at Avanade as a Manager of Talent Management and a Consultant of Compensation. In the early stages of their career, they held positions at Microsoft as an Operations Program Manager, at CORESTAFF Services as a Customer Service Coordinator, and at Group Health Credit Union as a Member Service Representative.
Jessica Olson attended the University of Mary from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics.
