Melissa Lim

Melissa Lim is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various managerial positions across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of HR for Asia at Nintex since August 2012, Melissa has contributed to delivering innovative workflow solutions. Prior roles include HR Manager positions at Ivis Group, ITS Group, and Jardine OneSolution, where expertise in transforming businesses and enhancing client collaboration was demonstrated. Melissa began their career as an Assistant HR Manager at DKSH. An alumnus of Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, which underpins a strong foundation in human resources management.
