Merandi Roode

Merandi Roode is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR management and generalist functions. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Nintex since October 2020, Merandi previously held the same title at K2 from May 2016 to October 2020, where responsibilities included performance management, talent management, and policy writing. Prior to that role, Merandi was HR Manager at Pansolutions from 2006 to May 2016, focusing on various HR functions including payroll and labour relations. Beginning as an HR Officer at Vericon Outsourcing from 2001 to 2006, Merandi has accumulated extensive experience across the ICT sector. Merandi holds a B.Comm in HR Management from Unisa, studied from 2007 to 2014, and completed matric at Hoerskool Noordheuwel from 1994 to 1998.
