Robert started as a Senior Vice President of Claims at ESIS in 2002, where they provided claim management services for various insurance programs. In 2004, they joined Cigna Re as a Vice President of Reinsurance Claims, where they evaluated workers' compensation reinsurance risks and commuted individual portfolios. Since 2011, they have been working at NIP Group, Inc. as an Assistant Vice President of Workers Compensation Claims, overseeing their captive insurance program.
Robert Persico attended William Paterson University of New Jersey from 1973 to 1977 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration.
