Dave Charles

Dave Charles is currently the Manager of Information and Communication Technology at NIPDEC. Dave oversees various projects to enhance service delivery in property development, procurement, project management, facilities, and pharmacy. With experience as a part-time lecturer at SBCS in Cyber Security and Network Technology, as well as extensive roles in IT project management, systems architecture, and IT training, Dave has a strong background in information technology and project management. Their educational background includes a Master's degree in Information System Management from the University of Greenwich.
