National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM) is the premier all-India body of professionals in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare, and Training & Development. A non-profit organization, NIPM is committed to advancing professional excellence in HR through a wide range of activities, including evening lecture sessions, training programs, workshops, and seminars for the benefit of HR practitioners.

NIPM Karnataka Chapter, established in 1960, is one of the largest and most prestigious among the 56 chapters nationwide. With over 1,300 active members from across the state, it serves as a leading forum for HR professionals, fostering knowledge sharing, capability building, and the overall growth of the HR community. 

NIPM Karnataka Chapter is committed to building a strong, values-driven HR community by fostering collaboration between professionals, industry, and academia. Through continuous learning and the dissemination of progressive HR practices, the Chapter facilitates knowledge exchange and professional growth.
