Hammad Rasheed

Hammad Rasheed is a Research Physicist at the Horia Hulubei National Institute of Physics and Nuclear Engineering - IFIN-HH since September 2021, focusing on doctoral research in collaboration with the ATLAS detector at CERN. Additionally, Hammad has been a Hosted Research Assistant at the National Centre for Physics since September 2019, where Master’s research involved employing machine learning techniques to distinguish a rare particle physics signal tzq from background noise. Hammad's educational background includes a PhD in Elementary Particle Physics from the University of Bucharest (2021-2024), an MPhil in High Energy Physics from the University of the Punjab (2018-2021), and an MS in Computational Science from the University of the Punjab (2016-2018).
