Edith Mak is currently the General Manager and Head of Airfreight for the Greater Bay Area at NX Group (Nippon Express Group), a role they have held since 2025. Prior to this, they served in various leadership positions at DHL Global Forwarding from 2020 to 2023, including Senior Manager roles in both the Air Freight Commercial Centre & Capacity Management and Customer Service.
