Grace Kuo

Grace Kuo is currently the Director of Technical Advisory at NIRAS, a position they have held since 2022, after serving as Business Development Manager and Project Manager focused on offshore energy and infrastructure within the same organization. They previously worked as a Project Manager and Manager of Planning & Engineering for Taiwan Generations Corporation, where they managed various aspects of offshore wind projects. Prior to that, Kuo consulted on the development phase of the Changfang and Xidao Offshore Windfarms. Grace Kuo is also pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Technology Management at National Taiwan University and a Master’s degree in Sustainable Energy and Environment at Cardiff University.
