Gro Lilbæk

Gro Lilbæk is an experienced hydrogeologist with a solid background in hydrology and translation. Gro's freelance translation work from Danish to English includes scientific publications and conference materials. As a consulting researcher at Memorial University of Newfoundland, Gro contributed to a project on safe drinking water in rural areas through data compilation and analysis. Gro's post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Alberta involved management of multiple research projects and collaboration with government agencies. Previous roles at the University of Saskatchewan included research assistantship and teaching assistantship, focusing on cold region hydrology. Gro holds a PhD in Hydrology from the University of Saskatchewan and an M.Sc. in Hydrogeology from Københavns Universitet, along with various project management qualifications. Currently, Gro works at NIRAS, specializing in contamination investigations related to soil and groundwater.
