Henrik Pahl is a seasoned geotechnical engineer with extensive experience in various leadership and engineering roles. At FLSmidth, Henrik served as a Resident Geotechnical Engineer, overseeing the construction of significant cement production infrastructure. Previous experience includes working as a Geotechnical Engineer at Grontmij | Carl Bro and leading projects as Chief Project Manager at COWI. Most recently, Henrik held senior positions at NIRAS, including Senior Geotechnical Engineer, Project Director, and Head of Department. Henrik holds a Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark and completed high school education in both the United States and Denmark.
