Jeppe Kieldsen is a Master Brewer and Process Engineer with extensive global experience in beer processing, brewing science, and CAPEX projects. They have held the position of Chief Consultant and Master Brewer at NIRAS since 2004, leading various initiatives in process optimization and quality improvement. Previously, from 2004 to 2017, they served as a Senior Process Consultant at ALECTIA A/S, specializing in brewery-related projects. Jeppe holds a Master's degree in Biotechnology and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark, along with a Master Brewer certification from The Scandinavian School of Brewing.
