Jesper Rye Rasmussen

Jesper Rye Rasmussen is a retired Project Director at NIRAS A/S with extensive experience in geodata, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and digital transformation. Throughout their career, they have focused on 3D city models, climate change, and sustainable development, leveraging their background as an architect and urban planner. Jesper has successfully led numerous multi-disciplinary projects, combining business analysis with conceptual design and data strategy. Prior to their role at NIRAS, they served as Market Director at BlomInfo A/S from 2000 to 2012, after the company was acquired by NIRAS. Jesper earned a degree as an Architect MAA and Town Planner from KADK - Kunstakademiets Arkitektskole between 1978 and 1985.
