Mette Stigkær

Mette Stigkær has extensive experience in leadership, project management, and people management, particularly within the life science and maritime sectors. They served as Head of Department for Project Management at NIRAS, where they led a diverse team in delivering projects for the life science industry. Prior to this role, Mette contributed to Novo Nordisk as an Equipment Responsible in Facility & Cleanroom, focusing on HVAC systems, project management, and training colleagues. Their maritime career includes positions as a Maritime Officer and Dual Cadet with A.P. Moller - Maersk and the Maersk Group. Mette holds a Bachelor's degree in Maritime Transport and Ship Management and a Post Graduate Diploma as a Marine Chief Engineer.
