Mogens Løvendorf Holst

Mogens Løvendorf Holst is a Senior Pavement Specialist at NIRAS, having joined the company in 2021 after a long tenure at COWI. They hold a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark and have extensive experience in pavement rehabilitation techniques, material evaluation, and structural pavement design for various infrastructures. Additionally, Mogens has contributed to academia as a part-time associate professor at DTU and has held a role as secretary in the Danish Highway Code Committee for Pavement Design Guidelines. Their expertise encompasses a wide range of pavement construction and rehabilitation processes, utilizing both traditional and innovative materials.
