Morten Rose

Morten Rose is currently the Head of Department for Process Design at NIRAS, bringing a wealth of experience in project management and quality assurance from notable roles such as Process Scientist and Global Trial Manager at Novo Nordisk. Morten pursued a Master of Science in Biology with a specialization in Cell Biology and Physiology from Københavns Universitet, following a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the same institution. Additionally, Morten demonstrated entrepreneurial skills through the project "Madstationen," aiming to provide healthy fast food options in smaller Danish cities. With competencies in LEAN optimization, data analysis, and change management, Morten is well-equipped to lead teams in enhancing process efficiencies.
