Olav Vind Larsen is currently the VP of NIRAS Food & Beverage, focusing on supporting food and beverage companies with supply chain optimization and investment projects. Previously, they held various leadership roles including VP and Business Director at Alectia from 2011 to 2017, and Managing Director at Alfred Jorgensen Laboratory from 2001 to 2004. Olav also served as VP at Danbrew and held positions in project leadership at ALECTIA A/S. They earned a Master Brewer degree from the Scandinavian School of Brewing, a BA in International Marketing from Copenhagen Business School, and an M.Sc in Biotechnology and Food Technology from the Danish Technical University.
