Perica Ivanoski is a Senior Policy Analysis, Capacity Building, and Legislation Expert in Agriculture and Rural Development with over 20 years of experience in public policy analysis and advisory roles. Previously serving as Deputy Minister for the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia, they have led complex public policy introductions, focusing on agriculture and rural development issues, particularly in relation to EU accession. Currently, Ivanoski works as a Key Expert on institutional and policy reform for smallholder agriculture in Ukraine and has been involved in various international projects with organizations such as FAO and GIZ. They hold a Master of Science in Agricultural Economics from the University of Reading and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University St. st. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje, Macedonia.
