Sheila Mgadi is a strategic and results-driven Finance Leader with over 7 years of progressive experience in the finance sector. Currently, Sheila serves as the Country Finance Lead at NIRAS, a position held since 2020. Sheila's prior experience includes roles as a Finance Assistant at the African Population and Health Research Center and as a Finance and Budget Intern at UN-Habitat. Sheila began their career with a student internship at the National Bank of Kenya in 2016. Sheila holds a Master of Science in Development Finance from Strathmore Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with a Finance Major from Strathmore University.
