Jim Bugwadia

Jim Bugwadia is the Co-Founder and CEO at Nirmata, a cloud management platform company. Jim has over 20 years of experience in the software industry, specializing in cloud computing, network management, and virtualization.

Jim started their career as a software architect at Jetstream Communications, where they worked on designing and developing high-speed routers. Jim then moved to Bell Labs, where they worked as a consultant on various projects involving voice over IP and data networking.

In 2002, Jim joined Trapeze Networks as Director of Software Development. At Trapeze, they oversaw the development of several products for network management and network access control. Jim then moved to Cisco Systems in 2010, where they led a team of solution architects and developers who provided consulting services for cloud computing and data center automation.

In 2013, Jim left Cisco to start Nirmata, Inc., a company that provides container-based solutions to enterprises. Jim served as Consultant at Nirmata until 2018, when they became Co-Founder and CEO. Under Jim’s leadership, Nirmata has become a leading platform for cloud management, with customers in over 30 countries.
