Aditya Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Aditya co-founded Niro in 2021, where they currently serve as the Co-Founder & CEO. Aditya is also a Member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization since 2022. Aditya has worked as a Fintech Angel Operator at Fintech Angel Operators since 2021.
Prior to these roles, Aditya held the position of Head - Consumer Lending at InCred Financial Services from 2020 to 2021. Aditya founded and served as the CEO of Qbera from 2015 to 2020, successfully building strategic partnerships and raising funds for the digital lending platform.
In addition to their entrepreneurial ventures, Aditya co-founded Oaktree International School in 2011, Kolkata's first co-educational, residential International Baccalaureate World School.
Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Aditya gained experience in various industries, working across finance, operations, and strategy roles in businesses such as hospitality, real estate, and manufacturing. Aditya also worked as an Associate in Investment Banking at Lehman Brothers from 2005 to 2008.
Aditya Kumar attended the International School of Düsseldorf, Germany from 1989 to 2002, where they obtained an International Baccalaureate Bilingual Diploma. Aditya then studied at the University of Warwick from 2002 to 2005 and earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics. Following this, Aditya attended Cass Business School from 2005 to 2006 and completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Investments.
