Vinay Gurram

Vinay Gurram has extensive experience in software engineering and leadership roles. Vinay is currently serving as the VP of Engineering at Niro Money since April 2021. Previously, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer at WorkSpan from October 2018 to March 2020. Prior to that, Vinay held the position of Senior Software Engineer at KredXIndia from December 2015 to September 2018.

Before their role at KredXIndia, Vinay worked as a Software Engineer at Ola (ANI Technologies Pvt. Ltd) between June 2015 and November 2015. During this time, they developed a clustering algorithm to search for grocery shops in Bangalore, improving the efficiency of the system.

Their early experience includes a position as a Software Engineer at Justdial from June 2012 to October 2014. Here, they worked on optimizing the single search box feature and building REST APIs for the web app, enhancing performance and data aggregation capabilities.

Throughout their career, Vinay Gurram has demonstrated expertise in software development, algorithm design, and system optimization.

Vinay Gurram completed their Master of Science degree in Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, from 2007 to 2012.
