Rosmery Hernández

Rosmery Hernández is a leader in the field of accounting with six years of experience in cost management, budgeting, finance, and auditing for both national and multinational companies. They currently serve as Budget Manager and Cost Analysis Leader at Negocios Industriales Real Nirsa, S.A., where they manage budgets for multiple production plants and focus on cost control and improvement. Previously, Rosmery worked as a financial analyst at ICESA S.A. and gained foundational experience in auditing and accounting with Deloitte and KPMG Venezuela. They hold a degree in Accounting and Finance from Universidad Católica Andrés Bello.
