Noel Dilli has a diverse work experience history. Noel started their career at Tequila\ Nigeria as a Salesman/Merchandizer from August 2006 to September 2008. Then, they worked as a Business Manager at Fortis Microfinance Bank Plc, Abuja, Nigeria, from October 2008 to July 2012. Noel continued their professional journey as a Relationship Officer at Jaiz Bank PLC from August 2013 to August 2016. After that, they joined Kapital Benchmarks Ltd as the Head of Training from May 2018 to July 2019. Currently, Noel is working at NIRSAL Connect, where they held the position of Head of Project Monitoring, Reporting, and Remediation Office from August 2019 to June 2023. From February 2023, they took up the role of Head of NIRSAL Field Office, where they continue to work.
Noel Dilli's education history includes obtaining a Master of Arts degree in Conflict, Security and Development from the Nigerian Defence Academy in Kaduna. Additionally, they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of Jos.

NIRSAL Connect
The Nigeria Incentive-Based Risk Sharing system for Agricultural Lending (NIRSAL) was launched in 2011 and incorporated in 2013 by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) as a dynamic, holistic USD500 Million public-private initiative to catalyse the flow of finance and investments into fixed agricultural value chains. NIRSAL seeks to address the causes of low funding levels in the agriculture sector, including lack of understanding of the sector, perceived high risks, complex credit assessment processes/procedures, and high transaction costs.
