She is also an advanced level yoga instructor (RYT-500) certified from The Yoga Institute, Mumbai. She has pursued chronic pain specialisation courses from the Neuro Orthopedic Institute (NOIGroup), Australia. She is keen to bridge the gap between modern pain science evidence and its application in clinical practice. She is passionate about employing yoga therapy into mainstream PT rehab."
