Rupa Kota

Rupa Kota has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Rupa began their professional journey as an Intern for U.S. Senator Edward M. Kennedy in 1994. Later, from 2001 to 2003, they held the position of Global Business Development and HR Manager at The Boston Group (TBG), where they played a crucial role in expanding the company's global presence and brand by establishing regional offices in Singapore, Malaysia, and India. Additionally, they structured and implemented various programs and policies related to training, compensation, benefits, incentives, and new-employee orientation.

Following their time at TBG, Rupa joined The Boston Group Software Consultants (TBG) in 2004 as the Director of Consulting. In this role, they managed a team of recruiters and was responsible for building the practice and increasing placements. Rupa also introduced the company's first formal performance review program, which was well-received and later adopted in Asia Pacific Offices.

In 2013, Rupa joined SPARKS as the Business Development Manager, where they provided staffing and consulting solutions to corporations in the metropolitan Washington, DC area. Rupa worked with various professionals in administrative, accounting, finance, information technology, legal, and customer service roles.

Most recently, Rupa joined RxAdvance in 2013, starting as the Director of Consumer Services before being promoted to the role of Vice President of Consumer Services in October 2019.

Rupa Kota completed their high school education at Algonquin Regional High School from 1989 to 1993, earning a high school diploma. Rupa then attended Boston University from 1993 to 1997, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations/Economics. Following that, Rupa pursued further education at Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business from 2008 to 2010, obtaining a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Business.
