SHRUTI AGRAWAL

Shruti Agrawal has work experience spanning from 2012 to 2019. SHRUTI worked as an IT Analyst at RxAdvance, where they were responsible for project planning, prioritization, execution, and delivery. SHRUTI also developed BI capabilities and built dashboards using data visualization tools. Prior to that, they worked as a Research Assistant at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where they co-authored a paper on Hospital's Adoption and Implementation of Online Physician Review Systems. SHRUTI gathered and reviewed physicians review and rating data to analyze the impact of adoption of electronic word-of-mouth and online reviews. SHRUTI also worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and a Graduate Student during their time at the institute. Additionally, Shruti worked as a Business Analyst at Kute Hospital and Laparoscopy Center, where they successfully managed the implementation and migration of data from paper-based to electronic systems, resulting in a 30% increase in efficiency. SHRUTI also translated user requirements into functional specifications and provided training and support to staff.

Shruti Agrawal has a diverse education history. SHRUTI obtained a Master's degree in Information Systems from Worcester Polytechnic Institute from 2017 to 2019. Before that, they completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Emergency Medical Services from Symbiosis International University in 2011 to 2012. Shruti Agrawal also holds a Bachelor's degree in Homeopathic Medicine/Homeopathy from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, which they pursued from 2006 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Shruti Agrawal has acquired several certifications. In April 2020, they obtained a Covid 19 Certificate from the Maharashtra Council of Homeopathy - India. In August 2019, they completed an Agile Crash Course from Udemy. Earlier in June 2019, they achieved Oracle SQL Certification from Udemy. In April 2018, they obtained the Mendix certification from Mendix. Finally, they acquired a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from IISE Manufacturing and Design Division in April 2018.
