Ivan Dmitriev

Ivan Dmitriev serves as the HSE Director and OMS Director at NIS a.d. Novi Sad since January 2014, contributing to one of Southeast Europe's largest vertically integrated energy companies, which employs over 13,000 individuals and is the most profitable in Serbia. Prior to this role, Ivan held multiple positions at TNK-BP from December 2009 to July 2013, including Deputy CEO, managing a team of 200 at the Ryazan Oil Refinery, one of Russia's largest refineries with a capacity of 17 million tons of oil per year. Furthermore, Ivan served as Chief of Staff to the Vice President of Refining, overseeing time management and team support. Educational credentials include a pre-MBA from Harvard Business School in 2019 and degrees from M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University and the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.
