Sandra Scott

Sandra Scott has over 30 years of experience in the food service and retail industries. Currently serving as Retail Development Manager and previously as Retail Manager at Nisbets since April 2003, Sandra has played a pivotal role in retail operations. Prior experience includes positions as Sales Manager at Medhope Organic Growers from August 1995 to January 2003, Head Chef at Caterwise from June 1993 to August 1995, and Chef/Caterer at Snakatak - Eat to the Beat from March 1992 to June 1993, where responsibilities included catering for touring bands. Earlier in Sandra's career, notable roles included Trainee Manager/Chef Manager at Gardner Merchant from September 1989 to March 1992. Educational qualifications include catering degrees obtained at Newport College of Further Education from 1987 to 1989 and earlier schooling at Chepstow Comprehensive School and Summerhill Secondary School.
