Nishati is a leading, vertically integrated renewable energy company, committed to delivering sustainable, renewable, and affordable clean power solutions to Africa. We develop, design, manage, fund, and own renewable energy assets for the long term and have a proud legacy of successful project execution spanning decades. Our purpose is to decarbonise Africa’s energy mix, by delivering abundant, affordable, and clean power solutions to power Africa’s growth for generations to come.

Nishati's business model is based on building a portfolio of 20-25 year Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) concluded with bankable counterparties. Where better suited, shorter-term PPAs have been negotiated for clients in sectors such as agriculture or mining. Once originated, the PPAs are bundled and financed with long-term, institutional capital.
