Global Sales Support Manager at NiSoft

Eric Peavy has a diverse range of work experience. Eric started their career in 1995 as an Operations Administrator at Ft. Lupton Cogeneration Power Plant where they coordinated safety training, submitted production reports, and maintained plant networks and servers. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as a Software Call Center Agent at Teledyne Technologies Incorporated, providing technical support for a software application related to air monitoring and emissions reporting. In 2008, they served as a Database Administrator at American Furniture Warehouse, handling product updates and new product loads for an e-commerce furniture retail site. Eric joined NiSoft in 2009 and held the roles of Client Service Manager and Enterprise Solution Architect, where they led a client services team responsible for North and South American clients and managed the installation of health and safety software. Recently, they have taken on the role of Global Sales Support Manager at NiSoft, optimizing the sales process and providing expert assistance to sales executives.

Eric Peavy earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Chemistry/Biology from Western Colorado University, where they studied from 1994 to 1999. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Prince 2 Project Management from APM Group in March 2014.
