Allen Morgan, ODCP, currently serves as the Human and Organizational Performance Program Manager at NiSource, a position held since November 2024. Prior to this, Allen was the Organizational Development Leader at Pacific Life from June 2017 to November 2024, where responsibilities included managing large-scale change projects and collaborating with HR and business leaders to enhance organizational development initiatives.
