Allen Morgan

Allen Morgan is an experienced professional with a strong background in organizational development and change management. Currently serving as the Human and Organizational Performance Program Manager at NiSource since November 2024, Allen previously held the position of Organizational Development Leader at Pacific Life from June 2017 to November 2024, where responsibilities included managing large-scale change projects and collaborating with HR partners and business leaders. Additionally, Allen led the Learning and Development team at Pacific Life and Advance Auto Parts, focusing on enhancing training methodologies and strengthening talent management systems to achieve organizational effectiveness. Allen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Liberty University.
